Spey Building and Joinery is a small company generally
specialising in one off, bespoke, new builds and extensions and
the occasional commercial project. We promote the use of
environmentally friendly materials where ever possible.
The Company's ability to respond to the client's changing
vision of their special dream house has been sought out and
praised.
A recent Federation of Master Builder award has endorsed
the Company's professionalism and high standards.
We are located in the Highland village of Kingussie,
within the Cairngorm
National Park and some 45 miles south of
Inverness.

The company has worked with a variety of
materials and in a variety of styles. We operate
mainly in the Badenoch and Strathspey area although,
recently, we have been building a unique home north
of Oban.
