Spey Building and Joinery’s premises comprise of its own offices, workshop and yard space, but also houses several rooms of various sizes. These could, and have been used, for storage purposes or offices for multiple new businesses.
Each room has its own secure access enabling entry at any time. The building has CCTV throughout and each room has individual alarm systems and electric meters. Some rooms have communication systems set up to allow for an individual's own phone lines. All rentals have access to toilet facilities and a shared kitchen.
The SB&J management team is willing to use its in-house skills to adapt a room to suit a new tenant's needs where it can be done.
Container space rental can be made available if that is preferred.
Yard space rental could possibly be negotiated.
Short term or long term lets can be accommodated.
