Commercial

Although most of our projects belong in the two previous categories the commercial work we have carried out has been quite diverse, creating a modern observation hide on stilts for the RSPB, large concrete and steel-framed cattle sheds for local farmers and modern industrial units for office and retail use with lifts and basements. We have recently completed a community/visitors’ hub for the National Trust for Scotland on the Inner Hebridean island of Canna. These jobs involve large teams which can include specialist sub-contracted staff but are controlled by SB&J staff.
